Please try the web site first, as we will be compiling all of the questions and bug reports that we receive into an online format and posting it there. Chances are, someone else has already asked your question and received an answer from us. If not, please send us E-Mail. You can call us as a measure of last resort, but please be aware that the turn-around time for phone support is measured in days, while the turn-around time for E-Mail is measured in minutes. There is always someone sitting in front of a computer here, but we can't say the same for the phone!
